National Association for the Blind, Sikkim Since its inception in the year 1983, the organisation is tirelessly working for the overall development of the visually impaired community in the state. The only digital Talking Book library in the state, run nby the NAB, Sikkim branch aspires to facilitate the reading material required by the visually impaired students, job seekers and professionals in their much needed accessible format.
