The Library of Rama Devi Women’s College was started in 1964. The present library is housed in a three stored separate building which is named as Kuntala Kumari Library.The college was declared as Rama Devi Women’s University on 31st May 2015 and accordingly the Library became Rama Devi Women’s University Library. However, the name of the library was named after Kuntala Kumari Sabat, a noted women literary personality in Odisha in February,2021.
